Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing network of Insurance Advisors (POSPs) and Team Leaders.
- Drive sales growth by achieving assigned business targets through effective team management.
- Plan and execute local business development initiatives to expand market presence.
- Build strong relationships within the local community to strengthen the Bima Saathi brand.
- Monitor team productivity and provide regular coaching and performance support.
- Ensure ethical sales practices, policy persistency, and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize company mobile applications and digital platforms for business tracking and reporting.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Agency Sales, Channel Development, Sales Management, Life Insurance, or Financial Services.
- Strong leadership, recruitment, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong knowledge of the local market with an established professional network in the assigned territory.
- Comfortable using mobile applications and digital business tools.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
