About the Role
We are looking for an AI Sales Operations Engineer who can combine strong sales expertise with AI automation.
This is not a traditional sales role.
Your mission is to design, build, and continuously improve AI agents that automate lead generation, prospect qualification, outreach, follow-ups, CRM updates, meeting scheduling, and sales reporting while maintaining a personalized buying experience.
You will own the complete sales operations workflow, ensuring AI handles repetitive tasks so the team can focus on closing deals and building relationships.
What You'll Do
AI Agent Development
- Build AI agents for lead generation and prospect research.
- Develop AI-powered outreach systems for email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
- Create AI workflows for lead qualification, follow-ups, meeting scheduling, and CRM updates.
- Continuously improve prompts, workflows, and agent performance based on real-world outcomes.
- Identify repetitive sales tasks and automate them wherever possible.
Automation & Integrations
- Build workflows using tools like n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar platforms.
- Integrate AI agents with CRM systems, email platforms, calendars, and communication tools.
- Design scalable workflows that reduce manual effort across the sales process.
- Monitor automation performance and continuously optimize efficiency.
Analytics & Optimization
- Track lead generation, conversion rates, response rates, and sales pipeline health.
- Build dashboards and reports to measure AI and sales performance.
- Analyze outreach campaigns and improve messaging based on data.
- Experiment with new AI tools and automation strategies to increase productivity.
What We're Looking For
Must Have
- Proven experience in B2B sales, sales development, or business development.
- Strong understanding of modern sales processes and pipeline management.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms.
- Experience building or managing AI workflows and automation.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced startup environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
- Experience with automation platforms like n8n, Make, or Zapier.
- Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
- Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript or Python).
- Experience with AI agents, MCP servers, or prompt engineering.
- Previous experience working in an AI-first or startup environment.
