The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring high standards of teaching and learning, along with the effective implementation of co-curricular activities and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure teaching and learning strategies meet the highest standards.
- Monitor and analyze student progress to raise academic achievements.
- Plan and organize curricular and co-curricular activities, including competitions, Sports Day, concerts, and other school events.
- Collaborate with teachers to develop action plans and interventions for student success.
- Support and guide teachers to maintain a positive learning environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in educational coordination with or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities.
