1-3 yrs experience as a relationship manager in stock broking industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate relationships by meeting existing and new clients in person to understand their investment goals and preferences.
- Educate clients about mutual fund products, features, and benefits.
- Provide personalized investment recommendations based on clients' financial objectives and risk tolerance.
- Assist clients in opening and managing mutual fund accounts.
- Proactively reach out to potential clients to promote mutual fund offerings, cross sell company products and generate new business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Stay updated on market trends, fund performance, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.
- Meet individual sales targets and performance metrics set by the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field.
- Previous experience in sales or relationship management, preferably in the stock broking industry.
- Knowledge of mutual funds, investment products and other stock market products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation
