Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, customers, and vendors in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Manage the reception area and maintain a clean and organized front desk.
- Handle incoming and outgoing couriers, parcels, and official documents.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings as required.
- Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes, if applicable.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry.
- Coordinate with HR, Admin, and other departments for office-related requirements.
- Monitor office supplies and raise purchase requests when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and records.
- Support management with any additional administrative responsibilities.
