· Facilitate multiple business development activities by coordinating with clients, prospective clients, internal departments and Management.
· Support general sales activities including client follow-ups, lead tracking, opportunity updates, proposal coordination and business closure support.
· Assist in DMER or any HMIS medical business-related documentation, coordination, proposal preparation, client communication, follow-ups and reporting as per business requirements.
· Support AI solution-related business activities including preparation of concept notes, write-ups, presentations, proposal drafts, client communication and internal coordination.
· Prepare marketing write-ups, social media drafts, business communication content and promotional notes in coordination with the Manager and Management team.
· Go through emails for new requirements, identify actionable points and maintain proper follow-up trackers for each requirement.
· Prepare professional proposals, client response documents, presentations, business reports and internal notes as per instructions.
· Maintain Excel-based records, MIS reports, client trackers, link-wise pendency trackers, recovery trackers, proposal trackers, compliance trackers and deliverable status sheets.
· Coordinate with clients for business development, pending information, proposal clarifications, service updates, recovery follow-ups and other business requirements.
· Coordinate with internal team members for delivery updates, pending tasks, link-wise status, documentation, deviations and closure of assigned activities.
· Track deliverables and provide regular updates on pendency, responsibility, expected closure date and current status of each task/link/business requirement.
· Support ISP business activities and, after training, assist in maintaining ISP compliance records, compliance trackers, documentation and submission-related coordination.
· Create and maintain monthly internal Business Department compliance records, trackers, and reports as required.
· Assist the Manager in documentation work, maintaining data records, setting reminders, tracking task-wise status, and using AI-enabled tools for drafting, organizing, summarizing and monitoring the same.
· Follow up for payment recovery, maintain recovery status reports, coordinate with accounts/finance and escalate pending matters as per instruction.
· Generate various reports including daily reports, business development reports, recovery reports, deviation reports, client follow-up reports and management summaries.
· Check deviation reports of teams and coordinate with the concerned stakeholders for updates, explanations and closure status.
· Prepare and maintain daily reporting of completed tasks, pending tasks, follow-ups done, client updates, internal coordination status and next action points.
· Use Advanced Excel for data management, reporting, dashboards, filters, lookup formulas, pivot tables and tracker maintenance as required.
· Prepare PowerPoint presentations for business development, client meetings, internal reviews, AI solutions, DMER medical business and management updates.
· Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini or similar platforms for documentation support, email drafting, proposal drafting, report summarization, social media content, data interpretation and productivity improvement.
· Maintain data confidentiality, accuracy and version control for all documents, reports and trackers.
· Adhere to company policies, communication protocols, documentation standards, compliance requirements and reporting timelines.
· Perform any other work assigned by the Manager or Management from time to time as per organizational priority.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
