PPP Expert – Industrial Development Projects

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced PPP Expert to lead project structuring, transaction advisory, and bid management for Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects across industrial development, urban infrastructure, utilities, and social infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PPP structuring, financial modelling, project finance, government procurement, and stakeholder management. The role will involve supporting projects from concept development and feasibility assessment through procurement, financial closure, implementation, and contract monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and structure PPP models such as BOT, DBFOT, HAM, O&M, and hybrid models.
* Prepare feasibility inputs and support project appraisal and bankability assessments.
* Build, review, and validate financial models, including:
* IRR
* NPV
* Cash flow projections
* Sensitivity analysis
* Funding and viability assessments
* Lead transaction management activities, including preparation and review of:
* RFQ
* RFP
* Concession Agreements
* Bid evaluation frameworks
* Manage pre-bid meetings, bidder interactions, and bid evaluation processes.
* Coordinate with government agencies, SPVs, legal and financial advisors, lenders, and multilateral agencies.
* Support contract award, financial closure, and project implementation.
* Monitor concession compliance and support dispute and claim management.
* Conduct demand assessments and market studies.
* Develop business models and operating models for industrial and infrastructure projects.
* Provide strategic advisory support to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
* Postgraduate degree in MBA (Finance preferred), M.Tech, BE/B.Tech (Civil/Infrastructure), Economics, Public Policy, or equivalent qualification.
Required Experience
* 5–10+ years of relevant experience in:
* PPP structuring
* Transaction advisory
* Infrastructure consulting
* Government procurement
* Project finance
* Experience working on State or Central Government projects will be preferred.
Technical Skills
* Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
* Strong understanding of project finance and financial appraisal.
* Familiarity with Model Concession Agreements.
* Knowledge of government procurement rules and PPP frameworks.
* Strong understanding of PPP project structuring and transaction processes.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
