Version IT is looking for a professional and customer-focused Front Office Assistant to manage front desk operations, handle visitor interactions, support administrative activities, and ensure smooth communication within the organization. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors, students, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
- Manage front desk operations and handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Provide information about Version IT training programs, courses, schedules, and services.
- Maintain visitor records, attendance records, and office documentation.
- Coordinate with trainers, sales teams, and management for daily activities.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Handle student queries and provide basic guidance regarding training programs.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
- Support administrative and office coordination tasks.
- Assist with data entry, reports, and documentation when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Freshers are welcome; experience in front office/customer support is an added advantage.
