- Handle end-to-end recruitment & onboarding
- Maintain employee records & HR systems
- Support payroll & attendance
- Drive engagement, training & performance reviews
- Assist in HR policies & compliance
- Be the go-to person for HR queries
- Coordinate manpower planning across teams
Requirements:
- Degree in HR or Business Admin
- 6- 12 years experience in HR Exec/Generalist role
- Strong grasp of HR processes & labour laws
- Familiar with HRMS & MS Office and strong Linkedin Presense
- Great communicator, multitasker & problem solver
