Position Title: Project Manager
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical
Experience: 14–15 Years
Industry Preference: Automotive / Auto Ancillary / Plastic Component Manufacturing
Location: Vani (Viramgam, Ahmedabad, Gujarat)
Joining: Immediate / Short Notice Period Candidates Preferred
Key Responsibilities / KRAs
1. Project Planning & Execution
Develop project timelines, budgets, and execution plans for NPD and vehicle programs.
Coordinate with Design, Tooling, Production, Quality, and Procurement teams for timely project completion.
2. Risk Management & Mitigation
Identify project risks related to quality, cost, and delivery.
Implement preventive and corrective action plans.
3. Cross-Functional Coordination
Drive collaboration between internal teams, customers, and suppliers.
Conduct regular project review meetings and monitor milestone achievement.
4. Quality & Compliance
Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, and customer-specific requirements.
Manage validation, testing, and approval activities.
5. Budget & Resource Management
Monitor project costs, tooling investments, and resource utilization.
Ensure cost-effective execution without compromising quality.
6. Customer Management
Coordinate directly with OEMs and Tier-1 customers.
Handle PPAP submissions, SOP readiness, project reviews, and customer audits.
Required Skills
Strong experience in Automotive Product Development & Project Management.
In-depth knowledge of Plastic Injection Molding Processes and Tool Development.
Hands-on exposure to APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, and SPC.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Cost Optimization.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
