About this opportunity
Manage, implement, and maintain strong authentication solutions that provide secure and seamless access across enterprise systems, with focus on MFA, SSO, IAM, passwordless authentication, cryptography, authentication protocols, automation, and operational reliability.
Key responsibilities
Implement and manage MFA, SSO, IAM, and related security solutions across enterprise environments.- Support Windows Hello for Business, certificate-based authentication, TOTP, push notifications, passkeys, and other modern authentication technologies.
- Maintain Radius AAA, SAML, OAuth, secure authentication integrations, and related identity access protocols.
- Ensure adherence to PKI standards, cryptography best practices, FIDO protocols, ITIL practices, and ISMS controls.
- Implement and manage NPS and Network Policy Server extensions for secure authentication use cases.
- Deploy and manage reverse proxies, Active Directory, Azure DevOps environments, Docker containers, boards, and cloud infrastructure components relevant to authentication services.
- Use PowerShell scripting and KQL for automation, monitoring, operational reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Diagnose authentication and security issues using Postman, Fiddler, and related debugging tools.
- Optimize IAM solutions for performance, scalability, reliability, and user experience.
- Collaborate with security teams to address vulnerabilities and implement authentication security enhancements.
The skills you bring
Must-have capabilities
- Strong IAM, MFA, SSO, Entra ID, Active Directory, SAML, OAuth, PKI, and authentication protocol knowledge
- Hands-on experience with Windows Hello for Business, certificate-based authentication, FIDO, passkeys, TOTP, and push authentication
- PowerShell scripting, KQL, automation, monitoring, and troubleshooting capability
- Experience with reverse proxy, Docker, Azure DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and debugging tools such as Postman and Fiddler
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred or learnable capabilities
- Experience with NPS extensions, Radius AAA, cryptography implementation, and authentication performance optimization
- Exposure to Agile/DevOps practices, ISMS controls, security compliance, and cloud-native identity operations
- Understanding of passwordless authentication adoption and Zero Trust-aligned access models
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, IT, Engineering, or related field.- 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, authentication security, or IT operations.
- Strong knowledge of Entra ID, IAM protocols, MFA, SSO, cryptographic standard
