Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Electrician with 1-2 years of industrial maintenance experience to join our Maintenance team. The candidate should have hands-on knowledge of PLC panels, 3-phase electrical systems, and industrial machinery maintenance. The role involves preventive and breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting electrical faults, and ensuring smooth operation of plant equipment with minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Maintenance Supervisor/Engineer in carrying out preventive maintenance of electrical systems, machinery, and equipment as per the maintenance schedule.
- Support the maintenance team during corrective and breakdown maintenance activities to minimize production downtime.
- Learn to troubleshoot and rectify faults in PLC panels, control panels, sensors, contactors, relays, and electrical circuits under the guidance of senior technicians.
- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of 3-phase motors, starters, VFDs, MCC panels, and other industrial electrical systems.
- Support the commissioning and modification of electrical equipment and production machinery.
- Maintain maintenance records, service logs, and basic documentation under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor/Engineer.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of electrical tools, testing instruments, and equipment while following standard operating procedures.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 per month
