ETI Educom is looking for a professional and result-oriented Academic Counsellor who can guide students regarding courses, handle enquiries, and convert leads into admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a student-focused approach, and the ability to manage admissions professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle student enquiries from:
- Walk-ins
- WhatsApp
- Social Media
- Telephonic leads
- Justdial and other platforms
Counsel students regarding:
- Courses
- Career opportunities
- Certifications
- Fee structure and payment plans
Follow up with prospects regularly and convert them into admissions
- Maintain accurate enquiry, follow-up, and admission records in CRM
- Ensure timely response to all leads
- Support fee collection follow-ups for enrolled students
- Maintain professional communication with students and parents
- Promote certifications and additional programs offered by ETI Educom
Performance Expectations
- Achieve monthly admission targets
- Maintain strong conversion ratios
- Ensure regular follow-up on all active leads
- Maintain accurate CRM updates and student records
- Support certification sales and student retention

Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- Prior experience in counselling / admissions / tele-sales preferred
