Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Service Intern who is organized, proactive, and enjoys interacting with clients. You will be the first point of contact for customer queries and will support the sales and operations teams in ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, phone calls, and social media.
- Understand customer packaging requirements and direct them to the appropriate team member.
- Follow up on quotations, samples, order updates, and deliveries.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM databases.
- Coordinate with sales, design, and production teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Track customer feedback and identify recurring issues.
- Assist in preparing reports on customer interactions and lead conversions.
- Support lead qualification and customer onboarding activities.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable using Google Sheets, Excel, and basic CRM tools.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
