We are looking for an experienced Dismantling Supervisor to join our Manufacturing Department.
Position: Dismantling Supervisor
Experience: 3–5 Years
Department: Manufacturing
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise dismantling operations and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
- Handle and manage labor/workforce on a daily basis.
- Monitor productivity and maintain quality standards.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage labor attendance, allocation, and performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in dismantling/manufacturing operations.
- Strong labor management and supervisory skills.
- Good communication and team-handling abilities.
- Knowledge of workplace safety practices.
