Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our valued customers, while consistently driving sales growth and achieving or exceeding set sales targets through proactive engagement and relationship building.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers in a friendly and empathetic manner, actively listening to their concerns and providing appropriate solutions.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues by investigating the root cause, escalating as necessary, and ensuring a timely resolution.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively address customer questions and concerns.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding products, pricing, promotions, and company policies.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Proactively identify sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products or services.
Promote current offers, upsell and cross-sell relevant products to maximize sales potential.
Consistently achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and follow up with customers to build long-term relationships and drive repeat business
Requirements:
- Minimum HSC Candidate can apply for this Job.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong command of the English language.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding effective solutions.
