Manager – Payroll & Compliance - Corporate
Qualification - Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
Job-Related Experience:
- Minimum 7 to 10 years in Textile industry payroll processing;
- 4 years in manufacturing/textile unit payroll management Business Understanding:
- Manufacturing Payroll Practices
- Textile Industry wages & Statutory Compliance
- Multi-Shift Management System Others (e.g., language skills, technical skills):
- Payroll software Proficiency MS Excel, MS Word, HRIS basics
- Ability to speak Hindi Read, Write and Speak in Tamil & English
Ensure all payroll-related statutory compliances are met at the Group level – PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, TDS
- Consolidate statutory data from all units and corporate, & Verify before final submission.
- Oversee preparation and filing of ECR (PF), ESI returns, PT challans, LWF contributions, and TDS returns in coordination with Finance/consultants.
- Monitor changes in statutory laws (rates, ceilings, thresholds) & Update payroll configuration and policies accordingly.
Pay: ₹25,613.64 - ₹49,901.40 per month
