Flavour Application Technologist

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Flavour Application Technologist to support flavour development and application across Dairy, Bakery, Confectionery, Beverage, and Savoury products. The role involves developing prototypes, conducting application trials, evaluating flavour performance, and supporting product development activities.
· Develop product prototypes based on project and customer requirements.
· Conduct flavour application trials in Dairy, Bakery, Confectionery, Beverage, and Savoury products.
· Evaluate flavour performance under different processing conditions.
· Prepare samples for internal evaluations and customer submissions.
· Assist in flavour formulation and new product development.
· Conduct sensory evaluation and maintain trial records and documentation.
· Ensure proper storage, handling, and labeling of flavour ingredients.
· Support troubleshooting and optimization of flavour applications.
· Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Sales teams.
· Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements.
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology, Food Science or a related field.
· 2–5 years of experience in flavour applications, food product development, or R&D.
· Knowledge of food processing and sensory evaluation techniques.
· Good laboratory and documentation practices.
Pay: ₹25,846.61 - ₹35,666.39 per month
