We're looking for enthusiastic Business Analyst Interns to join our growing team. What We’re Looking For:
- Good spoken and written English communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer handling

- Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn
- Prior experience in customer support or online promotions is a bonus
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with HR tasks like documentation, coordination, and communication
- Support daily operations to ensure smooth internal workflow
- Help manage client inquiries and sales follow-ups
- Provide chat, phone, and email support for our software products (training provided)
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
- Manage and promote content on social media platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and internal processes
