Silica Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Key Account Manager (KAM) for handling institutional and key account business.
Responsibilities:
- Manage key hospitals, institutions, and distributors
- Achieve sales targets and business growth
- Develop strong customer relationships
- Handle negotiations, collections, and order coordination
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 3+ years of experience in Pharma / Healthcare Sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Institutional sales experience preferred
