Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and performance-oriented Digital Marketing Team Lead to oversee digital marketing initiatives, drive lead generation, enhance brand visibility, and lead a team of marketing professionals. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in SEO, paid advertising, social media marketing, content strategy, analytics, and team management.
Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Digital Marketing team to achieve departmental goals.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, training sessions, and skill development programs.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment.
Digital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- Identify emerging trends and opportunities in digital marketing.
Lead Generation & Performance Marketing
- Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Drive high-quality lead generation through paid and organic marketing efforts.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Lead SEO initiatives including keyword research, technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization.
- Improve website rankings, organic traffic, and search visibility.
- Conduct SEO audits and competitor analysis.
Social Media & Content Marketing
- Oversee social media strategy and content planning across all platforms.
- Collaborate with content writers and designers to create engaging marketing content.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across digital channels.
Website & Conversion Optimization
- Monitor website performance and user experience.
- Optimize landing pages and marketing funnels to improve conversion rates.
- Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimization strategies.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report marketing performance metrics.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management review.
- Use data-driven insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Design, Content, and Development teams.
- Align marketing initiatives with business goals and revenue targets.

Experience Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a Team Lead or Senior Digital Marketing role.
- Proven track record in lead generation, campaign management, and team leadership.
