Job Summary:
Network Support Engineer whose primarily responsibility is to handle all the technical related query of the client and provide them on time support.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide technical support for ONU/ONT, FTTH, GPON/EPON, WiFi Router, and CATV products.
- Providing remote support on the Layer-2 Ethernet Devices.
- Helping out customers with the installation and setup of Layer-2 Ethernet Devices.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- Should have knowledge of VLANs, Switching, SubNet Masking
Qualifications and Skills:
- B.E./BTech or B.Sc in Electronics/IT or any other technical field
- Preferably CCNA Certified
- 1–3 years’ experience in: ONU/ONT manufacturing, Telecom networking, FTTH support, technical service/support role (Freshers with good technical knowledge can also apply.)
Candidates should be currently residing in Vapi, Daman, Umargam or Valsad region only.
