Profile 1: Customer Support – Non-Voice
- Eligibility: Any Graduate / Undergraduate Fresher
- Salary: ₹17,000 In-Hand
- Travel Allowance: ₹1,400
- Cab Facility: One-Way Cab
- Shift: Rotational Shifts
- Working Days: 5 Days Working
- Weekly Off: 2 Rotational Offs
- Location: New Town, Kolkata
Profile 2: Customer Support – Voice
- Eligibility: Any Graduate / Undergraduate Fresher
- Salary: ₹20,000 In-Hand
- Travel Allowance: ₹1,400
- Cab Facility: One-Way Cab
- Shift: Rotational Shifts
- Working Days: 5 Days Working
- Weekly Off: 2 Rotational Offs
- Location: New Town, Kolkata

- Any Graduate / Undergraduate Fresher can apply.
- Good communication skills are preferred for the Voice profile.
