Job Title: Pre-Sales Executive

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in real estate industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls with potential clients, qualify leads by understanding their interest, requirements, and buying intent in our projects.
- Provide detailed project information including location, features, configurations, and pricing while effectively addressing client queries.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested clients, ensuring smooth communication and proper tracking of appointments.
- Maintain and update a structured database of leads, including client interactions, preferences, and feedback for effective follow-ups.
- Follow up with prospective clients, handle inquiries professionally, and coordinate with the sales team to ensure conversion and seamless handover of qualified leads
Required Skills:
- Prior experienced in real estate industry is must.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle client conversations confidently.
- Good understanding of real estate industry, market trends and sales process.
- Strong follow-up skills to drive conversions.
- Ability to manage and maintain lead data, client interactions, and sales records efficiently.
- Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving and objection-handling skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
