We are seeking an organized, proactive, and reliable Building Manager to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and safety of our property. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for tenants, contractors, and staff, ensuring that the building remains safe, clean, and fully operational. The ideal candidate has excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a solid background in property maintenance or facilities management.
Key Responsibilities
- Property Maintenance: Oversee routine maintenance, repairs, and janitorial services. Conduct regular property inspections to identify and resolve issues early.
- Tenant Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, complaints, and repair requests, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
- Vendor Management: Hire, schedule, and supervise external contractors (e.g., electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, and security personnel).
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure the property complies with local building codes, health and safety regulations, and fire safety standards. Maintain up-to-date documentation and permits.
- Budgeting & Expenses: Assist in managing the property’s operating budget, tracking maintenance expenses, and reviewing contractor quotes to ensure cost-efficiency.
- Emergency Response: Respond to building emergencies (e.g., leaks, power outages, security breaches) outside of standard business hours when necessary.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in property management, facilities maintenance, or a similar role.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security systems.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with tenants, team members, and vendors.
- Organization: Proven ability to multitask, prioritize urgent maintenance requests, and manage a budget.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
