Key Responsibilities
- Patient Management
* Manage patient intake process with sensitivity and professionalism
* Schedule appointments for doctors, counselors, and specialists
* Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
* Handle patient inquiries with empathy and discretion
* Coordinate patient communication across various channels
- Administrative Support
* Coordinate center operations and maintain administrative systems
* Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
* Prepare and maintain comprehensive administrative documents
* Organize and manage both digital and physical filing systems
* Assist in billing, insurance verification, and administrative processes
- Reception and Communication
* Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff
* Answer phone calls and respond to communications professionally
* Maintain a welcoming and comfortable reception area
* Screen and direct inquiries with care and efficiency
- Operational Support
* Manage office supplies and inventory
* Coordinate maintenance of office and medical equipment
* Assist in organizing staff meetings, training, and professional development sessions
* Support HR-related administrative tasks
* Ensure compliance with healthcare administrative regulations and patient privacy standards
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
