Job Title: Panel Wiring Technician
Location: Poonamalle, Chennai
Experience: 1–3 Years (Freshers with relevant skills can also apply)
Qualification:
- ITI (Electrician/Wireman)
- Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (Preferred)
Job Responsibilities
- Read and understand electrical drawings, GA drawings, and wiring schematics.
- Perform wiring of LT, HT, MCC, PCC, PLC, VFD, and control panels.
- Mount electrical components such as MCBs, MCCBs, contactors, relays, timers, SMPS, terminal blocks, and cable ducts.
- Carry out ferruling, crimping, cable dressing, and panel interconnections.
- Test wiring continuity and ensure correct electrical connections.
- Troubleshoot wiring issues and rectify faults.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company quality procedures.
- Coordinate with the production and quality teams to complete panel assembly on schedule.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of electrical panel wiring.
- Ability to read electrical circuit diagrams.
- Experience in cable routing, termination, and ferruling.
- Familiarity with electrical measuring instruments such as multimeters and insulation testers.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary: As per company standards (Based on experience and skills).
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
