Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Admin Executive to manage stock and inventory operations while supporting overall administrative functions. The role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy in record-keeping, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in administration, inventory, or stock management is mandatory
- Experience in the logistics domain would be an added advantage
- Hnads-on experience of loading and unloading of items
- Proficiency in MS Excel is an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of procurement process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of stock, inventory levels, and material movement.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for procurement and delivery of materials.
- Coordinate with the bluecollar workforce for the loading and unloading of the items on the vehicles for shipment.
- Maintain proper documentation for inward and outward stock transactions.
- Prepare inventory reports and share updates with the Admin & Accounts Manager.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials to prevent damage or loss.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
