About the Role
Service will support the inspection, diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of electric vehicles, ensuring reliable vehicle performance and high-quality service delivery. The role may involve both workshop and field service activities based on operational requirements and customer support needs.
Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle inspection, servicing, repair, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and battery-related issues.
- Follow service procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
- Maintain service records, job cards, and repair reports.
- Handle tools, equipment, and spare parts responsibly.
- Support breakdown assistance and field service activities when required.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely service completion.
Requirements
- Freshers / Up to 1 year of experience.
- Basic technical and troubleshooting skills.
- Basic knowledge of automobiles or electric vehicles.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with customers and technical teams.
- Communication and customer-handling skills.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Educational Qualification
ITI (Fitter, Mechanical, Electrical) / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile Engineering.
