Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhandara for a Field Marketing Specialist. The Field Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing market planning strategies, conducting field marketing activities, and identifying potential leads. The role requires coordinating with the sales team to drive business growth and engaging with customers to enhance various brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Market Planning and Field Marketing strategies
- Must communicate daily to sales head through calls and WhatsApp
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English/Hindi/Marathi)
- Basic understanding of client relationship
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Flexibility to adapt to dynamic market conditions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- Must be 12th Commerce Pass
- Must have MCWOG/MCWG or LMV license for travel purpose
