Job Summary :
We are looking for an energetic and responsible Floor Incharge to manage daily showroom floor operations at our Bajaj two-wheeler showroom. The candidate will be responsible for supervising sales staff, maintaining showroom presentation, ensuring smooth customer handling, and supporting sales targets.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily showroom floor activities.
- Ensure proper display and cleanliness of two-wheelers in the showroom.
- Guide customers and assist sales executives during vehicle inquiries.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure excellent showroom experience.
- Coordinate with sales, finance, and delivery teams for smooth operations.
- Track daily walk-ins, inquiries, bookings, and sales reports.
- Ensure staff discipline, grooming, and professional behavior.
- Support achievement of monthly showroom sales targets.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve issues professionally.
- Ensure proper stock arrangement and vehicle movement on the showroom floor.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Good customer handling and team management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of two-wheelers and showroom operations.
- Ability to work under targets and pressure.
- Computer knowledge and reporting skills.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate / Diploma.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in automobile showroom operations preferred.
- Experience in two-wheeler industry is an added advantage.
