We are expanding our team and looking for a passionate Business Development Associate who can help us grow our client base.
Job Responsibilities
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, calls, WhatsApp & email outreach
- Identify new business opportunities
- Pitch company services to potential clients
- Schedule meetings and follow-ups
- Close deals and achieve monthly targets
- Maintain client relationships
- Update daily reports and CRM data
Required Skills
- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Confidence in speaking with clients
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing (preferred)
- Basic Knowledge of Tech Stacks used in Software/Web-development
- Target-oriented mindset
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
Qualifications
- Graduate / Final Year Students
- MBA (Marketing) preferred but not mandatory
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Freelance
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
