Job Title: Marketing & Office Assistant
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Marketing & Office Assistant to support our daily office operations and promotional activities. The role includes social media management, telecalling, digital promotions, lead follow-up, and general administrative assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day office administrative tasks.
- Manage and update social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
- Create and publish promotional content and marketing materials.
- Conduct telecalling to prospective students and follow up on inquiries.
- Maintain and update lead and admission records.
- Assist in organizing promotional campaigns, events, and field activities.
- Coordinate with the admissions and management team to achieve enrollment targets.
- Prepare basic reports related to marketing and office activities.
Qualifications
- Any Degree or Diploma from a recognized institution.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office applications.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is preferred.
