Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Installation Engineer to join our technical team. The candidate will be responsible for installing and configuring broadband connections and WiFi routers at customer locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive assigned leads and visit customer locations for broadband installation
- Install and configure WiFi routers and related equipment
- Perform basic technical setup and network configuration
- Ensure proper functioning of internet connections after installation
- Coordinate with team leads and complete assigned daily service tasks
- Provide basic guidance to customers regarding usage, if required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Any Degree
- Experience: Freshers are welcome (No prior experience required)
- Language: Tamil (mandatory)
- Must own a bike with a valid driving license
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (preferred)
- Willingness to travel across assigned locations
Salary
- 17,000 to 23,000 NTH per month
