Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Lead Generation Specialist to support our IT sales team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and initiating communication to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, and other portals
Research and identify potential clients in the IT domain
Reach out to prospects via email, calls, and social media
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align strategies
Track and report lead generation performance
Required Skills:
Basic understanding of IT services (Web, Mobile App, Software Development)
Knowledge of lead generation tools and platforms
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
