Position: Corporate Lawyer

Role Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Corporate Lawyer with strong in-house experience in commercial contracts, real estate legal work, compliance, and litigation management. This role serves as a strategic legal partner, supporting business operations, risk management, and cross-functional teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesContracts & Agreements
- Drafts and negotiates client agreements, vendor/supplier contracts, NDAs, MOUs, SLAs, and service agreements.
- Manages contract lifecycle including renewals, amendments, and closures.
Real Estate Legal Work
- Handles lease agreements and property documentation.
- Conducts due diligence for commercial real estate transactions.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensures compliance with Companies Act, filings, and board documentation.
- Advises on employment law including HR policies, terminations, and compliance.
Litigation & Dispute Management
- Manages litigation and disputes in collaboration with external counsel.
- Provides risk assessment and business-focused legal advisory.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partners with HR, Finance, Sales, Procurement to support organizational goals.
Must-Have Requirements
- Strong in-house legal experience (mandatory).
- Hands-on expertise in:
- Contract drafting & negotiation
- Litigation management
- Compliance & governance
- Labour law
- Mandatory real estate legal experience.
- Preferred exposure to commercial real estate, coworking, infrastructure, or hospitality.
- Strong understanding of Indian corporate laws, especially Karnataka context.
- Proven stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
- Must be a hands-on practitioner (not advisory-only).
