Summary:
As a Security Architect, a typical day involves designing and establishing a comprehensive cloud security framework that aligns with organizational objectives and performance standards. This role includes creating detailed documentation of security controls and overseeing the smooth transition of security operations to a cloud-managed environment. The position requires continuous evaluation and refinement of security architectures to support evolving business needs and technological advancements, ensuring robust protection and operational efficiency within the cloud infrastructure.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Privileged Access Management (PAM) Support: Provide L2 support for CyberArk or Delinea products, resolving escalated tickets related to vaulting, session management, and credential rotation.
- Endpoint Elevation & Control: Implement and manage Delinea Privilege Manager or CyberArk EPM policies to control endpoint privilege elevation and application control.
- Account Onboarding & Troubleshooting: Onboard privileged accounts/service accounts, troubleshoot heartbeat failures, and resolve RPC issues for Windows/Unix/Linux servers.
- Session Management & Recording: Configure and troubleshoot session recorders, connection components, and RDP/SSH launchers (PSM/Delinea Session Manager).
- System Health & Maintenance: Perform daily health checks, monitor system performance, apply patches, and assist in platform upgrades.
- Incident Management: Investigate root causes (RCA) for security incidents and service disruptions within the PAM environment, utilizing ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in CyberArk Privileged Access Management.
- Strong knowledge of identity and access management principles and best practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing cloud security architectures and controls.
- Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies and security compliance frameworks.
- Ability to analyze complex security issues and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to document and present security architectures clearly.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in CyberArk Privileged Access Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
