Job Summary
The Helper will support production and manufacturing activities by assisting operators, technicians, and supervisors in day-to-day operations. The candidate should be hardworking, disciplined, and willing to work in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist production operators and technicians in daily manufacturing activities.
- Support PCB assembly, testing, packing, and other production processes as instructed.
- Handle and move raw materials, components, tools, and finished goods.
- Assist in loading and unloading materials whenever required.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow 5S standards in the work area.
- Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Use required PPE and follow ESD precautions wherever applicable.
- Assist in packing, labelling, sorting, and material segregation activities.
- Report material damage, defects, or safety concerns to the supervisor.
- Perform other production-related duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management.
Skills & Requirements
- Basic understanding of manufacturing activities is preferred.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Physically fit to perform shop-floor activities.
- Good discipline, punctuality, and teamwork.
- Willing to work in shifts and overtime, if required.
- Freshers can also apply.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
