We are looking for a passionate and persuasive Admission Counsellor / Telecaller to guide prospective students and candidates through the admission process for our skill development and training programs. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach to convert inquiries into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.
- Counsel candidates regarding courses, skill development programs, eligibility criteria, fees, and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate admissions.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions in CRM or Excel.
- Achieve monthly admission and counseling targets.
- Coordinate with training centers and operations teams for smooth onboarding of candidates.
- Resolve candidate queries and provide end-to-end admission support.
- Conduct telephonic counseling sessions and career guidance discussions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Admission Counseling, Customer Service, or Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Strong verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
