Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students, understanding their requirements, and assisting them throughout the counselling and admission process. The role requires excellent communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and a student-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students regarding courses, universities, and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, leads, and student inquiries effectively.
- Understand student requirements and provide suitable guidance based on their profile and goals.
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong communication throughout the admission journey.
- Maintain and update student data in CRM/software regularly.
- Assist students with documentation and application processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth admission and onboarding processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Achieve assigned counselling and conversion targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and student satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of counselling/sales experience can apply
- Experience in education counselling/admission process is a plus

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
