We need an experienced candidate for the role of customer success manager, should be experienced with handling customer queries over email and able to solve them as soon as possible with the customer being happy as the number one priority. Ideally should have experience in Ecommerce to understand basic things, if not training will be provided. Location Phase 9 Mohali Monday- Saturday 9AM to 6PM
