Qualifications:
- 0–2 year of experience in customer care, customer service, or customer support.
- Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or Postgraduate qualification.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work efficiently with flexibility and adaptability.
- Good active listening and communication skills while interacting with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude with excellent interpersonal and telephone communication skills.
- Communicate effectively with customers through verbal and written interactions in a courteous and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information, assistance, and solutions related to bookings and customer inquiries.
- Handle customer complaints promptly and escalate complex concerns when required.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
- Connect with customers regularly based on daily check-in and check-out schedules.
- Gather and document customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Encourage satisfied customers to share their feedback on Google Reviews by providing the review link.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-up updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently and effectively.
- Support initiatives aimed at improving the customer journey and reducing service-related issues.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and recommend process improvements whenever necessary.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Build strong customer relationships through proactive follow-ups and personalized interactions.
