Roles & Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective learners through calls, follow-ups, and counselling sessions.
- Understand candidate requirements and guide them regarding suitable courses and career opportunities.
- Handle inside sales activities including lead generation, lead nurturing, and conversion.
- Maintain regular follow-up with interested candidates and assist them throughout the admission process.
- Explain course details, programme benefits, fee structure, and career outcomes effectively.
- Build strong relationships with students and provide a positive counselling experience.
- Maintain and update lead records in CRM or internal databases.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly counselling and admission targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills are mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Sales-orientated mindset with a willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge or interest in EdTech and career counselling is preferred.
- Graduation in any discipline.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
