Job Description: Assistant Manager – Project Coordinator (Solar EPC)
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Project Coordinator to support the execution of Solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) projects. The role involves coordinating project activities, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining compliance with technical and commercial requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordination
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring solar EPC projects (rooftop & ground-mount).
- Coordinate between engineering, procurement, construction, and O&M teams.
- Track project progress and report milestones to senior management.
- Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare project documentation including work schedules, progress reports, and compliance records.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and statutory guidelines.
- Vendor & Client Management
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and clients for smooth execution.
- Support procurement activities by tracking material delivery and site readiness.
- Technical & Commercial Support
- Assist in reviewing technical drawings, BOQs, and project estimates.
- Monitor budgets and highlight deviations to management.
- Team Collaboration
- Support site teams with coordination, issue resolution, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to avoid delays.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in Solar EPC project coordination.
- Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, project execution workflows, and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and documentation practices.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
