A reputed construction company is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor for ongoing and upcoming road infrastructure projects in Pathanamthitta District.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare quantity take-offs, estimates, BOQs, and cost analysis for road projects.
- Verify contractor bills and measurements.
- Monitor project costs and ensure budget compliance.
- Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, and clients.
- Maintain project documentation and quantity records.
- Assist in tendering, billing, and contract administration activities.
Requirements:
- B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in road construction projects.
- Experience with KIIFB, KRFB, PWD, or similar infrastructure projects is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of quantity estimation, billing, and contract procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and quantity surveying software.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
