Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter with experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should be skilled in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews while maintaining a strong candidate pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain recruitment databases and hiring reports.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Requirements
- MBA (HR) or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of job portals and recruitment tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
