We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Service Executive to manage client relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely delivery of projects. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Understand client requirements, objectives, and expectations.
- Coordinate with creative, design, content, production, and digital teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare project briefs and communicate requirements clearly to internal stakeholders.
- Track project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed within deadlines.
- Manage client feedback, revisions, and approvals efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and status updates with clients.
- Prepare meeting notes, presentations, proposals, and reports.
- Assist in campaign planning, execution, and performance review discussions.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
- Good project coordination and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in an advertising agency, digital marketing agency, branding agency, or media company.
- Understanding of social media, digital marketing campaigns, content creation, and creative production workflows.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
