Job Description
Vasal Education is looking for a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Special Educator to join our team for a 6-month leave vacancy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting students with diverse learning needs and ensuring an inclusive, supportive, and positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualized educational support to students with special educational needs.
- Develop and implement appropriate Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Identify students' learning needs and monitor their academic and social progress.
- Use suitable teaching strategies and differentiated learning methods.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, counselors, and school management.
- Maintain proper records and documentation of student progress.
- Support students in developing academic, social, emotional, and life skills.
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment.
Eligibility & Skills
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Special Education or relevant field.
- B.Ed. Special Education / RCI-recognized qualification preferred.
- Relevant experience as a Special Educator in a school or educational institution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and student-focused approach.
- Good knowledge of inclusive education practices and special education methodologies.
