Machine Setup and Operation: Prepare and set up milling machines according to technical blueprints or schematics, adjusting speed, feeds, and tooling for each job.
Material Handling: Load raw materials onto machines and monitor the milling process to ensure consistent output.
Quality Control: Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers to ensure they meet specifications.
Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts to maintain machine efficiency and safety.
Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols, wear protective gear, and maintain awareness of surroundings to prevent accidents.
CNC Programming (if applicable): Program or adjust CNC machines to automate milling processes, requiring knowledge of computer programming and machine operations.
Documentation: Record production data, machine performance, and any operational issues for reporting and process improvement.
Qualification : Diploma In Mechanical / ITI Fitter
Experience Required : Min 5 yrs
