Job description:
Core responsibilities for Modular Furniture Site Supervisor
- Team and site management:
- Supervise, instruct, and manage installation teams.
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
- Manage on-site labor and subcontractors.
- Project execution:
- Ensure all installations follow approved drawings, design specifications, and client requirements.
- Inspect work regularly to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
- Verify the quality and quantity of materials delivered to the site.
- Measure sites to ensure accuracy.
- Reporting and administration:
- Prepare and submit daily site progress reports to management.
- Assist with project closure documentation and billing verification.
- Problem-solving:
- Resolve any on-site issues that arise.
- Recommend improvements to procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
Required skills and qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in Modular site supervision, specifically with modular furniture installation.
- Technical knowledge: Ability to read and interpret design drawings and specifications.
- Leadership: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage a team.
- Project management: Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Safety awareness: Thorough knowledge of site safety regulations.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
